Project Requirements
Smart Catch is an innovative mobile application designed for fishing enthusiasts. It combines practical tools like an AI-powered fish identifier, real-time weather tracking (current, hourly, weekly), and fishing hotspot search with robust social features. These include categorized community forums for discussions, activity logging for personal fishing trips, and access to a wide range of educational resources. The app also incorporates a safety alert system and secure user authentication with profile management.

User Authentication: Login (Email, Password, Forgot Password), Registration (Name, Email, Password, Terms), OTP email verification for password recovery.
Profile Management: Edit First/Last Name, Password, City, Gender.
Home Dashboard: Current weather (temperature, location), today's hourly forecast, weekly summary, prominent Scan button.
AI Fish Identification: Upload/capture image, displays identified species (image, name, description), Read More option, Scan Fish action.
Community Forums: List of topics (e.g., Fish Enthusiasts, Aquarium Adventures, Catch of the Day), forum search, thread view (author, time, content, replies), comment/reply functionality.
Fishing Activity Log: Chronological list of fishing trips with location and date, grouped by month/older.
Hotspot Search: Text search for fishing hotspots, displays Top Hotspots with location and report counts.
Educational Resources: Access to Educational Resource descriptions, Online Courses, E-book Library, Webinar Series, Podcast Network, Study Group Platforms.
Safety Alerts System: Displays categorized alerts (Warning, Error, Info, Success, Critical) with explanations.
General Features: In-app notifications (bell icon), hamburger menu for extended navigation.
